Do I need to upgrade?

You are more than welcome to keep using Stix as you are.

However, if you want to play any new content (Seasons 2 and 3 on the app), you will need to upgrade your device.

What's involved in the upgrade?

What does £60 get me?

This price is essentially a year long subscription to the new content, however we need to upgrade your device to get it to work.

£60 includes:

  • Free returns label
  • Stix Upgrade
  • Postage back to your home
  • A download code to access all 99+ exercises for 12 months

How long does the upgrade take?

Once we receive your Stix, the upgrade process usually takes 3–5 working days, plus delivery time back to you. We’ll keep you updated along the way!

What’s new in Stix Plus?

Stix Plus includes over 99 new exercises across categories like Stix Sports, Super Human, Chill Time, and Better Sleep. Designed with experts, they help kids build focus, calm, and confidence in new, playful ways.

What happens when I receive my Stix back?

When you receive your Stix after the upgrade, you will also receive a 9-digit code to unlock all of the new content.

Head to Settings > Redeem Code to enter the code into the app

I paid £159, why do I need to pay more?

This upgrade helps protect your investment in Stix. Instead of us releasing a Stix V2 and leaving our customers behind, we invested in a method to help you get new content on your old device, which requires an upgrade to work.
