Great for 5 year old

We haven't be using them for that long but my 5 yr old is loving them. He has suspected ADHD and really struggling with frustration in particular. They are great for teaching mindfulness and regulation of big feelings. He also loves them at bedtime, really help to switch his brain off.

I am planning for him to take them into school and the teachers are really kean to see how they work and have even said they might look to get a set for the classroom 👍

If you are not sure, I would say go for it!

Great Idea, Great product!

My son is really enjoying these. They are helping him to connect more with his body, and with his emotions.
A few notes to make them even better:
1. A lot of the activities are "coming soon" which he finds frustrating.
2. As a very detail oriented child, he doesn't like that the colours of the rainbow are wrong in the rainbow activity. A rainbow has red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.
3. He struggles with balance and the balance activity is very hard. It would be great to have an easier level of this activity.

Thanks for creating a great product that will help so many people!

It really does help!!

We have only had the stix for around a week now and already can see a massive difference in our daughter’s anxiety particularly when it comes to bedtime. She would suffer a lot with bedtime anxiety and the Stix have helped relax her before bed and she would seek them out herself when feeling worried. We are especially looking forward to the launch of the new library of activities - the range of new activities sounds great and and we can’t wait to try them!
